Can I change or cancel my consultation call?

Yes. I understand that life gets in the way sometimes and so you have the option to change or cancel your call on the Booking Page. Please note though, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours beforehand.

What if I'm not happy with the Personalised Guide - can I get a refund?

The Personalised Guide is non-refundable due to the amount of work that goes into preparing your Guide.

It's important to me that you are happy with the final product and so if there are any aspects that don't meet your expectations, I will work with you to make alterations where necessary.

Is it possible to organise the consultation call on a different platform?

I use Google Meet for my Consultation Calls as it is integrated into my availability calendar. If you have any problems with this platform, I encourage you to send me an email after booking and we can arrange an alternative solution.

Can you make bookings for hotels and services?

No. I do not manage bookings for any hotels, activities or services that you would like to do during your holiday. These are always best to book direct, although I'm happy to help if you have any questions!

Do you receive commission from the places you recommend in your Guide?

100% no. In fact, this is my biggest bugbear when it comes to organised tours and travel experiences, because I believe that decisions should be made based on quality and not on financial gain.

The places I recommend are based on quality, value for money and wherever possible, they are places I have personally visited!
